Tigard Vision Center participates with the Vision Insurance Companies listed below. To find out more information, select the insurance logo and you will be directed to their website.
We file on primary insurance coverage only and will gladly provide the forms necessary for a patient to bill any secondary coverage. If your insurance company is not listed below we would be happy to call and find out a patient’s benefits. We will need the name, date of birth, company name and the ID number. We are also able to bill most medical insurance companies for any medically-related visits to our office. We provide our patients a 15% discount when we’re not billing any insurance and when paid in full at the time of service. |
